It is our firm belief that honesty, integrity, trust, respect, transparency and cooperation are the basis for a sound and enduring business reputation. These core standards are cornerstones of our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and we require all of our employees to comply with our ethical standards.
Ethics Hotline
Ethics Hotline is a channel where anyone can report unethical behaviors of SK keyfoundry employees or make suggestions for improvements relating to the ethical management of SK keyfoundry and its employees.
Subject to report
  • Anti-corruption and power trip on business partners
    Acceptance of money/entertainment, personal requests, equity investment, unfair order, verbal/physical abuse, etc.
  • Damage to social values
    Non-compliance with environment/safety/health/quality regulations, disregard of the socially disadvantaged, unauthorized disclosure of customer data, disclosure of false information to customer
  • Unfair business decisions
    False reporting, manipulation of performance data, unlawful marketing practice, illegal use of company fund/ asset, unauthorized disclosure of corporate information, etc.
  • Conflict of interests in business relationships
    Side job, excessive care of personal needs on the job, monetary transactions between colleagues, investment using internal information, transaction with related parties, etc.
  • Lack of respect for colleague(s)
    Verbal/physical abuse, sexual harassment, bullying at work, unfair exclusion from business responsibilities, demand for personal errands, etc.
Remarks
  • Whistleblowers may report anonymously.
  • The identity of whistleblowers is protected by relevant laws.
  • Whistleblowers will not face retaliation, and we will deal harshly with anyone who engages in retaliation.
  • In all reports, please provide a full description of the circumstances, including who, what, why, when, where, and how, if possible.
  • All reports will be validated through confidential investigations by the dedicated team according to the type of report.

Cases difficult to
be investigated
If your report is subject to any of the following, it may be excluded from the scope of acceptable reports.
  • Where preferential treatment is demanded with respect to a report or a report is filed for illegal purposes
  • Where there is already a dedicated organization mandated to address reported issues such as customer complaint/defect rectification, etc.
  • Where there is a false accusation or unilateral slander to a certain individual
  • Where a reported issue concerns the privacy of individuals in which the company is not allowed to intervene
  • Where specific details of applicable action (concerned individual/method, etc.) are not provided
  • Unfounded malicious reporting may result in disciplinary action.
