SK keyfoundry provides NVM solutions necessary for customers’ products by using a proprietary Cell and IP.

Embedded in many products, like MCU, Touch controller, and Auto focus, eFlash is used for firmware code and data storage. Also, SK keyfoundry provides NVM IP solutions, like MTP, OTP, eFuse, etc., which are being applied to Auto focus IC, Power controller, DDR5 SPD Hub IC, Mini LED driver, etc., with analog trimming. The proprietary eFlash cell and IP are qualified with Automotive Grade and its excellence is proven based on more than 15 years of experience in mass production.
